[It's only after inspecting the tea shop and realizing that Sheena isn't around that Albert heads back out into the plaza to look out upon the crowd -- and, apparently, see Sheena heading off towards the ... clothing store?

He raises a brow and follows after her. It's just as well that he ask her if she was just late coming into the tea shop today, right?]

[After this incident, still during the week of refugees, Raine finds herself on top of Community Building Four.

Eventually it occurs to her that she really should get some help before venturing down, as much as she hesitates to do so in this situation.

So before it gets too late in the afternoon, Sheena will receive a small 'ping' and written note in her journal. It's not written very neatly, though with the craziness in the village, Raine doesn't expect an immediate answer.]

[It'll be a couple of hours. Sheena's busy trying to keep things peaceful and not end up in the clinic herself in the process. It's not like Raine to leave messages that outright ask for help, though, so when she gets it she's fast to respond.]

Like...doing the kinda stuff that...look, I guess I somehow know what it means but I don't really know how the whole house of pleasure thing is supposed to work and every time I think I do it's like the thoughts just run away somewhere anyway.

Suki took a long time to get home. Much longer than planned. She walked slowly, as if she'd been injured, but at most, she was slightly bruised. But she was hurt, very hurt.

She avoided everyone and everything to get home. Facing people right now scared her. When she opened her mouth, she knew the sobs would come. The tears were already there, after all.

The second she walked in the door, she fell to her knees, not even having the energy to go to her room. What she wanted was to be alone, but she couldn't wear this mask anymore. It wasn't even a good mask, since it hid nothing.

She sat back and leaned against the wall, bringing her knees to her chest as she began to cry, which was all she wanted to do right now.]

[Sheena had gotten home earlier, also bruised and sore from some ill-timed encounters outside the village. There's only one person likely to come through the front door like that. It's a relief that Suki's home, and Sheena waits to hear her shout something or head upstairs.

When nothing of that sort happens, she sticks her head out of her room to look around. Huh. No sign of anyone. Wandering into the living room reveals the huddled form of her housemate at last.

Whoa.

Sheena makes her way over there in a walking war between taking it slowly and running the distance.]

[Suki had been spending a lot of time at the Avatar house now that Zelos was back. She wanted to give Sheena room to bond with him, which lead to her and Sokka getting back together, but that was another point entirely.

Now, she was returning home after once again spending the night there once again. She wasn't sneaking in, just trying to make sure not to make too much noise as she made her way to the kitchen to grab something to eat.]

And of those who do, most wouldn't expect me to be going for tea instead of something... stronger.

[He's become an alcoholic here in Luceti, and people know he's a hard drinker, but... even though drinking is very much a part of pirate culture and he won't give it up completely, what people who haven't lived with him don't realize is that he's stopped drinking when he's truly upset. Exercising some control over something that could have become very destructive.]

So... yeah. You could say I'm trying to stay out of the way of nearly everyone right now. I'm not feeling the general mood, y'know?
