[Raine leads Sheena toward the couch in the sitting room, and gestures for her to make herself comfortable.]

I'm not certain how much additional healing magic would work in this instance. It might make the marks fade, but the damage... the side effects, aren't likely to be taken care of that easily.

At least gimme something to do while I'm here. I really won't last long staring at your walls for the next few hours.

[She looks down at her arm again, prodding the mark with one finger.]

Then how long d'you think it'll be?

I'm... not certain, to be honest. It was more powerful than usual, but you do tend to bounce back from injury fairly well.

[More powerful than usual sounds like the understatement of the year.]

I did already take a nap today.

I doubt it was long enough. Just humor me.

[The headache comes back and cuts off any witty retort she might've had. ...Well, Raine knows what's going on now anyway. It's no big deal anymore to just grimace and hold her head right in front of her. It's worse now than it was when she got here. ...Maybe she is tired.]

Huh? [She takes the blanket and pillow with an odd-looking smile] It's kinda warm weather for a blanket, isn't it? ...And forcing myself to fall asleep isn't working.

... You barely even tried yet. Just rest your eyes, then.

I did? ...Oh. Uh, no, I wasn't cold. It's...hard to move sometimes.

Nope. I think I'm good. [Instead of asking 'how long until I can get up' she shifts around so she's laying on the pillow and looking up at the ceiling. ...It makes her feel better to be a little stubborn on purpose]

... All right. Then I'll let you rest. [And find something to occupy her time with in the meanwhile. Some project- it's not as if she doesn't have plenty of those to choose from. Or maybe just reading a book, if she can concentrate.]
