But Fuuko can't help but worry a little when Fuuko's friends are feeling down. So even if you say that Fuuko shouldn't worry that's too bad, because Fuuko will worry anyway.

I thought you made me promise never to make tea out of starfish.

Which is why Fuuko was sure to correct 'starfish tea' with 'whatever Fuuko had last time'. Fuuko merely thought the concept of starfish tea needed mentioning again, as horrible as it might be to drink a starfish. [But they've gone over this, so Fuuko will spare the details.]

Do you think it would be possible to make a starfish tea without starfish? ...Like with starfruit instead, but still call it starfish tea?

Huh. I never really thought about it, but if they can make orange and lemon tea...why not?

Fuuko would like that very much! Whilst Fuuko has lots of plans and ideas for the starfish festival, Fuuko has no idea how to go about starting up a festival in the first place.

We had a winter festival thing the first year I was here. Sometimes it works just to ask through the journal if anybody wants to help, y'know?

Fuuko wants to keep it secretive though. That way when there's suddenly a big festival lots of people will be really surprised! [...] Plus when Fuuko mentions the starfish festival, some people just give Fuuko weird looks. [Why on earth would they do that?] Finding help for this sort of thing is difficult.

But if you keep it too much of a surprise, stuff could already be going on. Like what if there's a draft, or something? Nobody wants to have a festival while their friends are off fighting somewhere.

So you've gotta have a plan, at least a little bit. And people shouldn't look at you funny for wanting to have a party.

Drafts! Fuuko knew there was something being forgotten here!! Right, Fuuko will need to find a date soon. And the date mustn't clash with anything else going on either... [There is but one solution here.] Fuuko will have to claim a date in future as the Starfish Festival day! Nothing else can happen on that day. At all! Is this a good plan?!

You wouldn't Sheena-san as you clearly understand what appeal the starfish hold. [Or at least that's what Fuuko thinks anyway.] Well... Maybe a surprise festival isn't a good idea. Parties maybe, but not entire festivals! Fuuko wouldn't want the Starfish Festival to be on the same day as another festival! [Like a dango festival. But who has a festival for the dangos? That's just silly.]

Winter's probably a good time to do it though. People can get really bored and homesick.

The warming glow of the starfish will definitely ease anyone's homesickness! Fuuko has often found comfort in that of the starfish. If the festival is going to be in winter, Fuuko will have to ask Ven-san if he minds serving ice cream in the cold!

You think people would mind eating it in the cold?

Fuuko imagines the good taste of ice cream would likely sway people to eat it, even if it is freezing cold outside! Though perhaps serving something else would be a better idea...
