Well, now that I'm back to being myself again and I've had a couple days to finish almost everything up...

The tea house is officially open for business! Even if it doesn't have a name yet. It's on top of the Welcome Center, and you should really come check it out! We have a little more than just tea.

[Derek nods again before turning his attention to study the shop itself, noting any decor, colors, that sort of thing. There's a few quick glances out the window, too, to get his bearings in relation to outside and where the roof ended.]

[he'll hear Sheena busy in the 'kitchen' part of the shop. Most of the decor is plain right now, with some flowering plants around and the windows as yet uncurtained.]

[Hearing is no where near as sharp as it used to be, but Derek still listens, doing his best to discern from the faint sounds exactly what she's doing. It's a far cry from when he could have heard the very blood in her veins, but he still gets enough information as a normal human that he has a relative idea of what she might be doing.

He'll reach up to carefully trace the edge of the petals of the flowers on his own table. Still so dull feeling after being infected for over year...]

[She's just making tea. So far it's a pretty simple task. But then, there's only one customer.

And he is about to get his tea, served still in the teapot with an empty mug to accompany it.]

Here you go. ...I, uh, hope you like it? [She wasn't the waitress during that week where the tea shop was real.]

I think you're good. And even if there were more people here, you'd be fine with it. I've got more.

It's good...I...just don't drink tea a lot...or really, ever. So if there's fault, it's mine, because I don't know what I'm drinking. But I do like it.

Still. for something he wouldn't normally touch, it is pretty good.]

Well, I'll say I like it. Sure other folks will too. And the view is great.
