124. Plans

I've been thinking about it for the past few days, and I think...I think I wanna have a tea house. It was...I liked it. Anyone wanna point me in the right direction for a place where I could put one? The place it was...y'know, before...isn't what I can use anymore.

[She's thought about how doing something like this is pretty much declaring, after all this time, a belief in the permanence of her situation. ...Oh well. It's also something to do and maybe it'll give other people here a chance to just not think about some stuff, if they need the chance.]

Hey, Elicia? D'you think I could come and...look at some of those, uh, pictures you had? ...The ones from the orchard, I mean.

[Alternately, you can meet up with her on her way to the clothing shop to see if there's anything...well, if there's anything.]

Is that right...? Well that's not very fair is it.

[There's a pause as he studies her. What she doesn't get is an internal monologue. Ling is taking note of how she holds herself, the way she looks, and other cues that Greed doesn't give a damn about beyond that chest of hers. Still, he'll voice them anyway.]

You wouldn't happen to be from Xing, would you?

Ehh? You want to run that by me again?

Well it still sounds bogus, what do you expect? Ugh.

[He may be skeptical, but not as much as he lets on. Ling already confirmed this wasn't Amestris, Xing, or any other land from home. It felt different.]

There's no way to prove that, so I'll take your word for it now. The name's Greed.

[Yeah he gets that a lot. His other half is far more pleasant.]

Alright, Sheena. Assuming I'll be stuck here awhile, what's my next move? I've got the book, I've got clothes, so what now? Living space?
