Hey guys.

The tea shop is gonna be open for the festival, for sure. But after all the stuff that's happened, we're gonna need a couple extra hands to work there. You'll get paid for your time.

...But you can't use the work to pay off your debts to my sister. Sorry.

Anyway one or two people to help us serve and stuff during the rush...uh, well, it'd really help us. If there're more then you don't even have to stay the whole time. Me and Zelos don't wanna miss the party either, y'know? So just lemme know if you're interested.

[[ooc: Briefly - Sheena and Zelos are married (!!), and they run a tea shop together. Best tea around, hands down, with little cakes and such to go with it. Oh, and Sheena remembers her attacker as a wild animal (instead of a wild Mithos). Needing some holiday help!]]

[here, Raine, look at her impressive selection of excellent tea and choose one of those instead]

I wouldn't call it arguing. [But she'll poke amongst the teas, looking for a nice herbal blend. Something natural and refreshing.]

[Sheena's got that. She'll get it ready, and get out things like sugar, honey, and a...lemon.

And then the kettle whistles]

You wanna cut the lemon while I get this?

Of course. [That's the fun part, after all.

If Sheena is paying any attention to Raine's hands during any of this preparation, however, she'll notice something there that has not been there before.

Because Raine does not normally wear any jewelry--aside from that odd bracelet, similar to Sheena's--but that's usually not visible anyway.]

[pouring the tea into (oversized, of course) mugs will occupy most of her attention.

But when she turns to ask Raine if she actually wants anything added to the tea, something catches her eye in the light, and one hand grabs Raine's wrist instead - mindful of the knife - to turn her hand around]

Hey! What's-

[Of course, Sheena has one of her own, on the same hand she grabbed Raine's with. So she knows perfectly well what it is.]

-- Ah. [She wasn't quite expecting Sheena's reaction, in fact had been wondering how to bring up the news herself. It was the reason for the unannounced visit, after all.]

It's... a ring. [Obviously. One that was not there when they last saw one another.]

Yeah, I got that. From who?

Jack surprised me after school the other day.

[Well color her orange.]

Raine! That's great!

[she is being hugged.]

[She is being hugged back.]

Thank you. I have to admit my head is still spinning from it.

I mean, you said yes right? Of course you did, you wouldn't be wearing that if you said no or, uh, maybe - can you even say maybe to something like that?

[Well someone's excited.]

He better have been romantic.

Well -- yes, of course I ... said yes, to him. [She had never thought the words would be said -- and now, how could they not have been? So much thinking, these few days. Floating.] It was wonderful.

Do you know when it'll be?

We were settling on this Monday, actually, after the festival.

That's really soon! No wonder you're so caught up in it.

... yes. Really, it makes sense: what's the use in postponing further, when it's been all this time already? ... It would have been different had we been younger.

[She's quiet for a moment, adding some finishing touches on the tea with a slight stir.]

Sure. Yeah, definitely. [she's honored and a little flustered]

Are you sure? I don't want you to feel as if I'm putting you on the spot. [Not that she has many other people to really ask for this. When Jack had asked, Sheena was the first to come to mind.]
