So.

[nothing about time. Nothing about being a prisoner for longer than she ever thought possible. ...Nothing at all to identify that this day is any different than the last.]

What's the best adventure you've ever been on?

[nothing but a resigned note in her already-tired voice. And the strangeness of the question.]

Hmm...

Can I like the adventure because of the place we went?

THINK GEEKIER

Great.

There's this one hidden town- its port is blocked by this huge whirlpool and it shoots off fireworks when airships get too close, so almost nobody can get in. But there's tons of cool stuff inside, like moving theater sets and machines that can play memories and I love it there. Love it.

HE CAN'T HELP IT

We had this attachment on our airship that allowed greater maneuverability, so we could get past all the fireworks and stuff and they didn't damage the ship. Not to mention that Noelle -our pilot- she just kept improving and improving!

I wish I could've tried it, but when I suggested I give it a go everyone shot me down.

Tried flying.

I've used that memory machine quite a few times; it's really interesting. All you have to do is concentrate on the particular memory you want to see.

Well...no, it's not all that good if you concentrate on the bad. But it's useful when you really want to remember something you can't go back to for whatever reason.
