Hey guys, listen up. If you see anything that looks like a huge ball of lightning, a giant...mole, a really muscular guy with four arms, or a really old guy using magic, you've gotta let me know right away. They could be dangerous.

[There are others, but they're harder to describe and, while they could be equally as destructive, they're not as prone to widespread destruction as Volt, Gnome, Origin and Maxwell might be. ...Especially Maxwell, he'd enjoy himself.]

Be on the lookout for summon spirits. I've already found one of them. ...They fight back. [In the background, Undine sounds a little indignant.]

[Knowing, now, that any of them has the potential to be here, Sheena's combing the areas around the village for any signs of wayward elemental destruction. Most of the time, Undine will be with her, hopefully to help her handle any trouble she runs into.]

You of all people should know Celsius only responds to brute force. [Or rather, that's his interpretation of her arrogance.]

What? [Yeah, she can get pretty demanding sometimes, but she's the personification of ice, being like that will do things to you]

[He doesn't really get why she's overreacting like that. Spirits are spirits and there's nothing like a little 'spar' to remind them that summoners have every right to make use of their powers. A small silence while the journal is passed on to Celsius.]

Pact-maker.

[This is the first time she's seen them in forever! Give her a break.]

What'd Yuan do to you?

[It's nice to be addressed as pact-maker - though Celsius usually drops it for just 'Sheena' - and it reassures her that Yuan didn't overwrite her pact or something.]

We engaged in a brief conflict. It was of little consequence.

[And here's Yuan in the background, protesting:] It was necessary! You were threatening to freeze half the forest!

He didn't hurt you or anything? [and an implied, did you get him good? ...Which she might actually pick up, though their mana connection feels all wonky and wrong.]

...You were really gonna freeze the forest? It didn't bring you here.

Summon Spirits cannot be harmed so easily. Our injuries melt away like ice on a summer's day. That is to say, it would. This place is different. Our recovery is prolonged, yet not halted.

There is no need to be concerned... Sheena.

Geez, I was just worried a little. You don't have to say it that way. ...So what'd you do to Yuan?

[Yuan can take the journal back at any time, at this point.]

[Celsius is chuckling in an amused manner, while Yuan shouts "That is not what happened!" in the background. Then Celsius listens to what else Sheena has to say.]

They are not monsters. In a way, they are all my kin. As I was, they were torn from their own worlds. It was as if we were forcefully summoned by a power different than what we abide by.

Yeah, I know I didn't summon you guys. ...But a lot of them don't seem like they can think, or anything.

... We are disoriented. Upset. Do you humans not react the same to your involuntary arrival in this world?

Of course we do. We just don't have the kinda power that you guys do.

...So are you gonna stick with Yuan, or what?

I shall. Though my power will be yours if you require it, Sheena.

Thanks. [you always come through, Celsius.] Can I talk to Yuan again?

Understood. It was good to speak to you, Pact-maker Sheena.

[With that, she passes the journal back to its owner.]

[She has no idea how good it is.]

Yuan, if you see any more of them can you let me know? ...And I've got a couple gels hidden away if you need them for that ice-burn. [griiiiin]

I don't need- [... Crap, wait, his own supply of gels was lost during the earthquake. Why did it have to be the kitchen that was hit the hardest? He'll have to see if he can still dig them up some time soon.]
