[rooftop ninja is rooftop. Traveling by rooftop today, actually, and stopping on a convenient one near the 'center' of the village, where most of the activity will be. She will then spend the next few minutes building ammunition before sniping at people she knows with snowballs. And maybe a few people she doesn't know, too, just for fun. Did she hit you?
