[Sheena made it about halfway back from Raine's on one burst of feeling okay again, but now she's sitting against the outside wall of a random building, head in her hands again. Think the building belongs to you and an intruding ninja is bothersome? Feel free to tell her so. She might flick a few of her molting yellow feathers at you]

[ This is totally a long while after he woke up in the forest and was healed by Martel. Anyway he's walking about rather slowly, left hand shading his sensitive eyes. At least he's not coughing anymore; but he's tired, and it takes him a minute to recognize that face, that girl who'd tried talking to him before he fought Sasuke.

In a minute he hunkers down two or three feet away, and says nothing. Red and orange feathers fly about everywhere as he molts. ]

[ He bows his head on purpose now, though just for a second. He won't say pleased to meet you, but it's a polite gesture that can be interpreted along similar lines. ]

Better than you think, probably. [doesn't want to freak him out with everything she knew] An experiment back then...kinda forced us closer.

[ He's not surprised; but he's also not sure just how well she might know him. It depends on when he'd been from. Anyway, he leans back, to brace himself so he can remain turned toward her. ]

Closer as ..? I'll have to beg your pardon, but how close were we, Sheena-san?

[And then he notices the feather-shedding.]

Your wings... how long has this been going on?

[flicks her wings a little and a shower of bright feathers hits the ground]

A few hours.

[Your ever-present buddy is sitting here with his head in your lap. He's been worried you know.]

[weakly scratches behind his ears]

[After a little while, he gently nudges her.]

Come on, Sheena. It's only a little farther. You can do it!

I gotta wait until the dizzy goes away.

[His head drops back into her lap.] When Sheena is ready. Corrine will wait.

[soon enough she lifts her head and gets up]

Let's go before it happens again.

Okay. [He goes slightly ahead of her, leading the way and looking back over his shoulder every few steps to make sure she's okay.]

[will make it all the way back home on this burst of feeling okay...but no farther than the couch once she gets inside]
