Okay, guys. Raine brought this up a while ago, but some of you are new and things've changed a little. There's a kid here in Luceti named Mithos - he looks like he's about thirteen, with blond hair - he's from my world. And he's dangerous. Not like he wants to go around tearing the place apart or anything, but...more like, he doesn't trust anybody. He doesn't need a logical reason to attack you if he thinks he's gotta.

I don't want anybody going after him or anything, 'cause that's not what this warning is about. It's just a warning. He's come after me, and then Sayo, and just recently Raine and Yuan. You don't wanna provoke him and if you can, you wanna stay outta his way. Most people, he's gonna dislike or outright hate, so it's not like he'll be coming after you for conversation.

But like I said, it's just a warning. Nobody do anything stupid.

Anyway, I was hoping some people here were still interested in working in the tea shop. It's been great so far, but there's no way I can be there all day every day myself and not go totally crazy. I'd need someone who knows how to brew tea, and a couple people willing to take orders and serve it and stuff. I remember people saying they'd like to do it before - that's still true, right? I promise I wouldn't make you work too hard.

[The tea shop is where she happens to be at the moment. Though it's noticeably low on customers this evening.]

I'm not gonna hope that somebody else gets experimented on. Even if it is Mithos. Even if they do change his memories somehow, it could be just as bad - he could just lose it completely.

... you're right. But he is also at risk if he continues this sort of behavior... there are others here who are not as forgiving as we are. I fear it is only a matter of time before he manages to anger the wrong person.

Has anyone spoken to Martel about what happened to Yuan and Raine?

[She would like to be that 'wrong person' and show him a thing or two. But everyone who knows her, knows better than to think that might be true.]

I think he's thinking ahead enough to only go after us - the people he knows won't be able to do anything - or someone like Sayo who can't even defend herself. But it doesn't look like he plans anything. It all just happens.

...I dunno. We're all at risk if we talk to her, and now I don't think she's ever gonna get a moment alone again.

That lack of planning is what makes him so dangerous. Planning his actions in advance would mean there is the chance that someone else may find out and be able to stop him. However, as it is, all we can do is try to stay two steps ahead of him in whatever he is doing, or be in the right place at the right time.

And that's not to mention how the knowledge of what her brother has done might hurt her as well.

[A long silence, for Sheena. She's getting fed up with how the consideration of Martel's feelings means (a) keeping the truth from her for longer and (b) endangering everyone else.]

I think too much has happened for us to go around trying to protect her feelings anymore, Regal. [Please understand what she meant by that.] He's dangerous and she's gotta know just how much.

How much of his actions on Aselia is she aware of?

I dunno. When he...when I was in the clinic after I fought him, she showed up. I don't remember everything, but it seemed like she knew it was him. Knew he could do that kinda stuff without warning or caring.

But it's not like we sat down and had a what-time-is-your-Tethe'alla-in talk or anything.

That may be necessary just to make sure we are all on the same page. She knows how to get through to him better than any of us-- if she is already aware of what he is capable of, then she may know how to handle it.

Is he even gonna listen to her?

The only way we will know for certain is to try.

I'm not doing it by myself.

I wouldn't think of allowing anyone to handle it on their own. Consider this an offer to volunteer on my part as well.
