Okay, guys. Raine brought this up a while ago, but some of you are new and things've changed a little. There's a kid here in Luceti named Mithos - he looks like he's about thirteen, with blond hair - he's from my world. And he's dangerous. Not like he wants to go around tearing the place apart or anything, but...more like, he doesn't trust anybody. He doesn't need a logical reason to attack you if he thinks he's gotta.

I don't want anybody going after him or anything, 'cause that's not what this warning is about. It's just a warning. He's come after me, and then Sayo, and just recently Raine and Yuan. You don't wanna provoke him and if you can, you wanna stay outta his way. Most people, he's gonna dislike or outright hate, so it's not like he'll be coming after you for conversation.

But like I said, it's just a warning. Nobody do anything stupid.

Anyway, I was hoping some people here were still interested in working in the tea shop. It's been great so far, but there's no way I can be there all day every day myself and not go totally crazy. I'd need someone who knows how to brew tea, and a couple people willing to take orders and serve it and stuff. I remember people saying they'd like to do it before - that's still true, right? I promise I wouldn't make you work too hard.

[The tea shop is where she happens to be at the moment. Though it's noticeably low on customers this evening.]

[That set him straight. She'll be back in her kitchen now, and in a few minutes bring him out tea the way they always made it at home.]

[And look who is sitting obediently at a table with in-repair chairs? Jack Sparrow, is who!]

Lovely! Brothel tea!

SHHHHHH! You'll be disappointing the other guests, darling! Now. What have you made for me?!

It's tea. The same kinda tea I used to drink as a kid.

[More or less. No tragic traumatic backstory sharing with this fellow captive.]

[He'll just have to get you drunk one night, Sheena. Jack tastes the tea.]

Oh! This is very good indeed, lovely. Not what I expected from this sort of brothel. Divine, really!

[Sheena drunk is something else. She gets very silly. And since he insists on continuing to call it a brothel...let's plau a little game with the pirate.]

It doesn't taste funny or anything, right?

...Funny? [Does it? Does this tea taste funny? He doesn't THINK it does.] Why?

No reason. [A slow, friendly smile.] Gotta make sure my customers are happy.

AH. Well. Happy, me! [And he takes another long drink of that tea. It's not bad, really, as tea goes--even though Jack isn't what you'd call a "tea drinker."]

[She's just...watching. He doesn't know her well enough to know she's being purposefully suspicious with this watching.]

[For his part, Jack simply...finishes the tea. Unceremoniously.]

Not so bad.

D'you want any more?

[For the record there is nothing strange in the tea. She just wants to make him think there is. See if she can do it.]

I could do with more, I suppose. You do make very nice tea, Beautiful Sheena. You have so many lovely talents.

...What d'you mean when you say talents?

Hmm? [Yikes. Do NOT mention the boobs or the inadvertent striptease, Jack.] Ah. Fighting? OH! And...tea-making? And possibly also filling out that top?

[Crush him, Sheena.]

[You can probably hear the look on her face hardening, Jacky. Fine. If he wants to play? They'll play. She grabs the cup and storms back into the kitchen]

[He waits quite cheerfully for her return.] Lovely girl, Sheena, but wound a bit tight. Still. Lovely girl.

[This time she comes out with two cups - his and a new one - and the teapot. And pours the tea right in front of him, sliding his cup across the table and taking a seat across from him]

You don't mind, right?

Oh, let me think: a beautiful ninja seats herself at my table and offers to drink tea with me. What a terribly difficult decision.

[Sarcasm. Sarcasm. Of course he'd be delighted if you stayed.]

Thanks. I needed a break anyway.

[time to casually sip at this tea. Or at least to appear to.]
